Job Description
Seven Seas Water Group is seeking a Director of Business Development to manage their current Texas team and grow business outside of Texas, with a focus on developing new sales strategies in both municipal and industrial markets. This role requires a sales leadership experience, strategic thinking, and partnership skills with BDM team members to achieve revenue goals and foster customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will ideally be based in the Houston area.
Requirements
- Driven individual with an eagerness to identify and close projects.
- History of successful leadership of a technical sales team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of municipal government and utility decision-making.
