Job Description
Join Severn Trent as a Compliance & Performance Manager to play a key role in keeping our fleet and driving operations safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing transport or logistics operations with strong knowledge of Operatorâs Licence obligations and UK transport legislation.
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
