Job Description
The Fleet Programme Manager role is key to how Severn Trent's business moves. The position leads and delivers the Severn Trent and HD fleet replacement and growth programmes, valued at around £68m for FY26. The role provides strong leadership to the Fleet Programme Team, oversees external third-party partners, and offers clear guidance and visibility to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Fleet sector
- Solid knowledge of daily fleet processes, health and safety requirements, DVSA standards and effective people-management practices
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Managing contracts and stakeholders
- Communicating confidently with both suppliers and colleagues
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Drive to achieve objectives
- Ability to identify and resolve process issues
