Caregiver

D&S Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a caregiver, you will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months
• Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration for use throughout your shift to transport clients to appointments or outings
• Must have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
