Case Management Supervisor

REM Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Case Management Supervisor will supervise cases and manage the case management team, providing direction, support, and counsel to team members. The role requires a strong clinical and organizational background, with experience working in human services and as a case manager. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Master’s degree in Social Services if required by state
• Two to four years of experience in human services
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Case Manager
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state/program
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to build rapport with a team
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and independently problem-solve
