Direct Support Program Supervisor

Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe every person has the right to live well and everyone deserves to have a fulfilling career. As a Direct Support Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year related work experience
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
