Licensed Practical Nurse

D&S Community Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing services, training, and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate them every day.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field, or state certificate
• One year of experience serving this population in a nursing capacity
• Current state LPN or LVN license for state of residence
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Additional certifications as required (CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, ACT training)
• Strong communication skills with staff, individuals served, and families
