Job Description
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Parent Partner to provide guidance and support to families with children at risk of out-of-home placements or reunification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior personal experience as a parent or legal guardian of a child who has been involved with the system
- Probation and/or DCFS case must be closed for a minimum of one year
- Two years of experience in a mental health setting (strongly preferred)
- Valid driver license for 1 year minimum, reliable transportation with registration and insurance
