Job Description
Pediatric Partners is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Thief River Falls, MN team. We provide comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. As an Occupational Therapist, you will support children with a variety of needs, including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges, helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.
Requirements
- Evaluate, create, and carry out individually designed and effective occupational therapy treatment plans for children
- Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefits
- Recommend necessary equipment to help a child succeed in daily routines
- Write and maintain skilled documentation
- Engage and educate parents/caregivers about how to accommodate and care for their child
- Collaborate with other professionals to best meet the patient's needs
- Maintain a pediatric caseload
- Complete and record accurate billing supported by the services provided
