Program Director

Mentor Community Services is seeking a Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing direct supports, person-centered planning, and health care, as well as managing program staff members and making recommendations on employee hires and terminations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required
• 1 year Program Director experience required
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
