Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for ensuring clients' treatment programs are consistently implemented and promoting communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship
• Follows treatment plan goals and interventions
• Collaborates with family and treatment team members
• Educates parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information
• Maintains dignity and respect for others
• Reviews participant progress objectively
• Accurately collects behavior data
• Ensures all clinical and residential documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
