Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for ensuring clients' treatment programs are consistently implemented, promoting therapeutic relationships, and collaborating with the treatment team to provide effective treatment.

Requirements

• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with clients
• Follows treatment plan goals and interventions
• Collaborates with family and treatment team members
• Educates parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information
• Maintains dignity and respect for others
• Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors
• Reviews participant progress objectively
• Accurately collects behavior data
• Ensures all clinical and residential documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Participates in training from clinical staff
• Completes all mandatory trainings and refreshers
• Provides feedback and training to LST staff
• Attends clinical meetings
• Responsible for providing up to date residential status of participants
• Engages in meetings and provides input
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures
