Job Description
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive gas, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across the Sewell Facilities Management property portfolio.
Requirements
- Full driving license, valid in the UK
- Valid domestic & commercial gas qualifications
- Positive & professional attitude
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Proactive approach towards both planned and reactive maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Positive approach to learning & development
- Flexible outlook towards working hours
- Strong knowledge of current health & safety practices
