Sézane is looking for a Store Director to help develop the brand in Georgetown, Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will be a creative, organized, and agile individual who shares the brand's passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience
• Manage, train and motivate shop team
• Oversee all operational aspects of the shop
• Be accountable for Shop budgets and financial targets
• Monitor performance to propose commercial action plans
• Develop open relationships and collaborate transversally with Paris HQ team
