Requirements
- Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience
- Manage, train and motivate shop team
- Oversee all operational aspects of the shop
- Be accountable for Shop budgets and financial targets
- Drive business performance
- Monitor operational expenses and responsible for supply management
- Develop open relationships and collaborate transversally with Paris HQ team
