Requirements

• Serve customers and respond to technical inquiries
• Communicate internally with collaborating departments to implement repair matters
• Communicate with the import company for specialized repair cases and new technologies
• Collaborate closely with the workshop supervisor and engineers to resolve repair issues
• Support the receipt, completion of repair works, and delivery of the motorcycle to the customer
