Job Description
SFM is seeking a Director of People and Culture to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the company's HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a formal leadership capacity, and a proven ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field, preferred
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CEBS or CCP certification is highly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a formal leadership capacity
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple states
- Background in insurance or financial services is preferred
- Deep Knowledge in at least two of the following: compensation, benefits/total rewards, talent management, or employee relations
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (such as UKG or Payscales) and compensation software, preferred
