The Insurance Support Representative I will process claims, manage documentation, and deliver excellent service to internal partners, policyholders, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or office support role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases and digital systems
