Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support global recruitment operations by ensuring efficient coordination of hiring processes across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires professional command in English, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Ashby, Lever or Greenhouse considered a plus
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong Excel user skills for creating and maintaining data on hiring performance
• High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
