Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Analyst to join the team as an integral member of a group of government, military, and contractor personnel. The HR Analyst will manage appraisals, utilize federal HR systems, and provide recommendations and guidance to managers and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
