Human Resource Analyst

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Human Resource Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)), Enterprise Administration & Management (EA&M) Human Capital Team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in federal human resources, Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), and executive performance management programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC).

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal human resources, preferably within DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DCIPS policies, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), federal civilian personnel regulations, and performance management programs.
• Experience administering HR information systems, such as DCPDS and performance appraisal tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret personnel data and generate executive-level reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive correspondence and briefings.
• Ability to provide advisory support to senior leaders and manage multiple HR actions simultaneously in a high-tempo environment.
