Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our children's residential home in Salisbury. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, and embedding a therapeutic culture that prioritizes children's emotional wellbeing.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (completed or in progress)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Children's Home with at least 1 year in a leadership role
