Team Leader - Children's Homes

Team Leader – Children’s Homes role involves managing the day-to-day running of a children's home, building strong relationships with young people and staff, and handling challenging situations. The role requires a Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification, a Full UK Driving Licence, and experience within residential childcare. Requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintain high standards within the home
• Deputise for Registered/Deputy Managers as required
