Job Description
Team Leader role supporting young people aged 6-12 in a children's home with a 2:1 staffing ratio, requiring a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within an Ofsted-registered children's home
- Completed or Enrolled on Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
