Manage end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries, ensuring compliance with local statutory and company policies, and handling employee lifecycle transactions. Collaborate with HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the region to resolve employee queries and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of payroll / HR operations experience
- Experience handling regional (APAC) payroll is an advantage
- Familiar with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Dayforce, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Regional exposure across APAC markets
