Laboratory Director

US Fertility, a leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, seeks a Laboratory Director to join their team at Ovation Fertility in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will lead the laboratory team, promote a culture of excellence, and contribute to advancing research and development in reproductive medicine.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution
• 7+ years of previous experience in the field
• Current licensure or certification as a Laboratory Director issued by the state in which the laboratory is located, as required
• Consider High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) certification
• Certification by the American Board of Medical Microbiology, the American Board of Clinical Chemistry, the American Board of Bioanalysis, or the American Board of Medical Laboratory Immunology preferred
