Senior Embryologist

US Fertility, the nation's leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, seeks a Senior Embryologist to join their team at Ovation Fertility in Newport Beach, California. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Embryo Freezing, Thaws, Retrievals, Embryo Checks, Egg Freezing, Transfers, ICSI, Biopsy, and Cell Loading, with a strong background in reproductive biology and embryology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Life Sciences or related field required
• Masters Degree (or higher) in Reproductive Sciences or related field preferred
• 4+ years of IVF Lab experience
• Accredited by State as a Laboratory Professional if required
• American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) TS certification preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis with other teammates
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organization
• Demonstrated ability exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good research skills
