Job Description
US Fertility is seeking a Senior Embryologist to join their team at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The role will involve executing quality control procedures, preparing laboratory setup, and performing various embryology techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science required
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratory
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex, detail-oriented work requiring sustained focus and technical precision
- Proven ability to exercise sound, independent judgment in accordance with established laboratory protocols
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Capacity to interpret laboratory data and assess its clinical relevance
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems and general computer applications
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
