Senior Embryologist

The role will involve overseeing laboratory quality control, preparing media and culture dishes, and performing various embryology techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skillset and a deep sense of responsibility for patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science required
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratory
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex, detail-oriented work requiring sustained focus and technical precision
• Proven ability to exercise sound, independent judgment in accordance with established laboratory protocols
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Capacity to interpret laboratory data and assess its clinical relevance
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems and general computer applications
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
