Job Description
Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead the flow of service and direct the work of team members. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
