Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts in the transportation industry.
Requirements
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service
- Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and present customized financial solutions
- Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets
- Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with company objectives
- Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience
