Job Description
Ryan Transportation is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure new accounts and strategically expand relationships with existing customers in the freight brokerage and third-party logistics space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in high-performance B2B sales, preferably in freight brokerage, logistics, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence others
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
