Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
- Passion to learn and relationship driven
- Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment
- Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual skills not required, but a plus
