Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven track record of success in business development within the CDMO/CMO industry in the UK
- Strong technical understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Candidates with a background in procurement or research and development in the leading CDMO companies are preferred
- Candidates who have worked as Sales Director at a leading global CDMO company are preferred
