Job Description
We're seeking an International Admissions Manager to develop and execute digital admission strategies to attract global students and expand recruitment in Chinese-speaking markets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online admission/customer acquisition, preferably in education (language schools, study-abroad programs, or international education).
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken/written) ability to engage Chinese students, parents, and education agents effectively.
- Strong Japanese communication skills (business-level); English proficiency is a plus.
- Deep understanding of digital recruitment tools: social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu,LinkedIn), lead management systems, and online advertising (Google Ads, social ads).
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting enrollment targets through digital initiatives.
- Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse team and student base.
