Marketing Manager - Japanese Language School (Tokyo Relocation)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online admission/customer acquisition, preferably in education (language schools, study-abroad programs, or international education)
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken/written) is highly preferred ability to engage Chinese speaking students, parents, and education agents effectively
• Strong Japanese communication skills (business-level); English proficiency is a plus
• Deep understanding of digital recruitment tools: social media platforms (WeChat,Line, Xiaohongshu,LinkedIn,etc.), lead management systems, and online advertising (Google Ads, social ads)
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting enrollment targets through digital initiatives
• Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse team and student base
