Job Description
Regional Pre Sales Technical Support Manager for IoT cloud platform company, responsible for technical insights exchanges with customers, identify customer opportunities and demands, and promote IoT solutions/products to regional customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in the electronics/IoT/IT industries
- Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking skills preferred
- 50% travelling rate
- Strong customer-oriented communication, marketing, go-to-mkt skill and mindset, with technical skills with ability
- Customer relation management on customer demands and expectations, together with sales/BD
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences
