Job Description
Empowerment Coach role at Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) to assist prime age employment gap workers (PAEG) with their individualized training plans and career goals.
Requirements
- Review and assess individualized training plans
- Coordinate with prime age workers to establish clear goals and milestones
- Monitor progress and provide support and guidance
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Communicate regularly with external partners
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings
- Document interactions and progress
- Identify and address systemic barriers or challenges
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the accountability process
