Care Leavers Personal Adviser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Personal Advisers to join our Care Leavers team at Hampshire County Council. The role is to act as a mentor and coach for young people aged 16-25 from different backgrounds with differing life experiences, supporting them to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with young people aged 16-25 years
• Experience of working with this client group
• Demonstrate core values of patience, empathy, and compassion
• Sound IT skills and able to accurately record information and use the resources at hand
