Requirements
- Experience working with housing management systems or CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of housing services and user needs
- Applied understanding of agile principles
- Experience leading software development, setting technical direction, and contributing to product strategy and service design
- Hands-on approach to modern engineering practices
- Familiarity with DevOps culture, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, and test-driven development
- Strong technical capability with experience using SQL, Python, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, JIRA, and GitHub
- Ability to balance user, organisational, and technical needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of the local government context, including legal, financial, and political factors
