The Service Manager will provide support to the Directorates working to deliver a great service, developing a strong understanding of integrated IT services and championing the Trusted Advisor role.
Requirements
- Experience in service management or service delivery, ideally within an IT environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and clarify stakeholder requirements
