As the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you'll partner with business and People & Culture leadership to build people strategy for your client group. You'll design and deliver programs that develop world-class talent and targeted initiatives that help your business groups outperform their strategy.
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of HR experience with a blend of business partnering and talent management/development focus
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Global experience desired; consumer products industry highly preferred but not required
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills
- Effective working across functions and levels to deliver business results
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and standards
- Ability to manage confidential information and act with integrity and discretion
- Proven track record of leading through influence in a global, matrixed environment
