Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports day-to-day operational activities that help drive sales performance for assigned retail accounts, including demand planning, inventory management, and sales performance reporting. This role works closely with SharkNinja Internal teams to help track business performance, maintain forecasts, and support execution across key operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analytics, supply chain, sales operations, or finance
• Strong interest in data analysis, forecasting, and operational problem-solving
• Ability to work with data in Excel and learn new systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and learning from others
