SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive business development in Spain, reporting to the Sales Director. The role involves developing and executing account-specific business plans, negotiating with retail partners, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven Key Account Management experience in Spain
- Fluent in English (Spanish native or fluent required)
- Strong interest in innovative consumer products
- Results-driven with strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and commercial acumen
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of initiative
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is advantageous
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience
- Experience building sales and marketing strategies at market level
- Comfortable managing data, generating reports, and working remotely or while travelling
- Experience working directly with key retail partners (specialists and/or food chains preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to visit customers
