Job Description
SharpCare Medical Group is seeking a Hospice Team Physician to serve as a medical designee when the Medical Director is unavailable. This role involves providing clinical guidance and patient care, including documentation, patient evaluation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The position is for full-time and offers full compensation.
Requirements
- Current NP CA License
- Board Certification or eligibility in internal medicine, pediatrics, or family medicine
