Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced, business-oriented attorney to join its U.S. Legal Department as Associate General Counsel. The ideal candidate is practical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating as a trusted legal advisor to the business units, senior leadership, and all support teams throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree
• 5-7 years of relevant commercial legal experience
• Ability to manage complex legal matters independently while collaborating effectively across functions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Practical, business-oriented approach with a strong service mindset
