The Field Service Representative (Level 3) is a mid-career Service Representative position responsible for maintaining cutting-edge equipment across their designated territory and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also have the opportunity to mentor newer team members and share their knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in copier repair or repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical vocational schooling in electronics or electro-mechanical preferred
• Comptia A + and Net+ certification
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills
• Valid Drivers License, and Automobile insurance within company guidelines
