Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (4) plays a crucial role in maintaining a designated territory of Sharp equipment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and meticulous equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience copier repair or repair and maintenance of electronic equipment.
- College degree or Technical vocational schooling preferred (electronics or electro-mechanical)
- Must possess CompTIA A+ and Net+ certification
- Must possess effective communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Advanced level application of diagnostic tools, organizational skills, and analytical skills
- Must successfully complete Sharp equipment pre-testing and training
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products preferred
- Valid Driver's License, and Automobile insurance within company guidelines
