The Function of the Facilities Management (FM) Customer Site Lead is to serve as the full time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location.
Requirements
- Running print and copy jobs for users
- Production device operation and maintenance along with any requested finishing services including binding, laminations, booklet making
- Job ticket workflow and proof preparation for customer review and approval
- Quality checks, including problem diagnosis and correction.
- Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers
- Tracking of resources used per job – including consumables, paper inventory, and finishing supplies for projects via Office Services.
- Inventory management for supplies – including the ordering of supplies to replenish ones used and maintaining proper inventory for recurring projects.
- Organize work flow of imaging projects and print queue management which may involve oversight of the work of another FM Customer Site representative
- Device Management and Functionality
- Consumables and replaceable parts inventory management including toner replacements on contracted machines and supply ordering for contracted machines.
- Primary customer contact for device support/service as well as device removal and delivery.
- First response for resolution on service issues OR escalation of any service related issues to Service Department via placement of service calls.
- Meter read collection and submission for non-networked devices.
- Facilitate Asset Tracking for Client including reporting network connectivity issues to IT Department
- May be requested to provide basic connectivity such as printer mapping, driver installations and printer network issue escalations.
- Mailroom and Courier Services
- Inbound mail: scanning, delivery and pick-up
- Outbound mail: coordination, preparation, and quality checks for delivery and pick-up
- Shipping Services: coordination and problem resolution with USPS, express and local delivery services
- Mail distribution and Facsimile Services as outlined by client agreement.
- Maintain Mailroom security procedures
- Shipping and mail equipment operation, cleaning and maintenance
- Customer Service
- On-going end user training and support for printing
- Completing weekly report for client Office Services Supervisor for all completed projects based on client agreement
