Requirements
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit top talent, provide comprehensive training, and foster continuous development within the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to perfect performance and achieve sales quotas.
- Set clear and aggressive personal contribution targets to drive individual success.
- Establish a rigorous weekly pipeline cadence to drive accountability and execution of daily sales activities.
- Partner with branch specialists and service technicians to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
- Provide constructive written feedback to the sales team, offering clear direction for improvement and recovery actions.
- Resolve client sales requests through innovative problem-solving, developing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful recommendations.
- Empower the team through sales enablement tools and education to uncover new business opportunities.
- Continuously enhance your own professional and technical knowledge through educational webinars and cultivating social-selling networks to maximize sales meeting opportunities.
- Deliver sales quotas, activities, and provide compelling personal and team results to the marketplace GM/GSM.
